True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 1 follows the journey of Holly Stonehouse, a woman searching for answers about her missing sister. What starts as a simple investigation soon turns into a chilling descent into darkness. As Holly reaches an abandoned house connected to her past, she uncovers disturbing clues—old letters, hidden rooms, and haunting visions. The deeper she explores, the more reality begins to blur. Strange occurrences suggest she’s not alone… and something from her family’s past refuses to stay buried. The game slowly builds tension through psychological horror rather than cheap scares, making every discovery feel unsettling and meaningful.

Holly Stonehouse’s journey becomes darker the moment she steps inside the abandoned house. The silence isn’t normal—it feels alive, as if the walls themselves are watching her. As she explores further, she discovers fragments of her past hidden in unexpected places. Old photographs show her family, but something feels… wrong. Faces are scratched out, names are missing, and some images seem to change when looked at twice. In one locked room, Holly finds a disturbing diary belonging to her mother. The entries slowly shift from normal thoughts into paranoid warnings. One line stands out: "They are not gone. They are waiting."

This is where the mystery deepens. Holly begins experiencing visions—brief flashes of shadowy figures standing just out of reach. Sometimes they appear in mirrors, sometimes in reflections… and sometimes directly behind her.

Holly realizes her family didn’t just disappear—they were hiding something.

As she uncovers more clues, a pattern emerges: her sister was trying to expose a truth connected to their childhood. Something they both witnessed… but only one of them remembered.

😨 The Presence

The deeper Holly goes, the stronger the presence becomes. Lights flicker without reason. Doors open on their own. A faint whisper follows her, sometimes calling her name. At one point, she sees a figure standing at the end of a hallway. It doesn’t move. It doesn’t breathe. But she knows it’s watching. When she gathers the courage to approach it… it vanishes. But not before leaving behind a chilling realization: She was never alone in this house.

🔥 Ending (Part 1 Cliffhanger)

As Holly prepares to leave, she discovers one last clue that changes everything. A message left behind… clearly meant for her. It suggests her sister is still alive—but trapped somewhere far worse than the house. The game ends with Holly realizing this was only the beginning. And the true horror is still waiting.

“Some stories don’t end… they follow you.”
